Returns and Cancellation Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your product for any reason please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase and we will be happy to refund you. To be eligible for a refund you will need to return the item(s) to us within 14 days, in the original condition, so they can be assessed by our receiving department for damage. Before sending, please send us a picture of your item to jerseygirlpearls@yahoo.com. If defects are found due to assembly or manufacturer we will assess these issues once we receive your item to determine if they are eligible for a refund.
Oysters:
Each oyster contains a unique pearl of various size, color, luster etc. This information is not known and not guaranteed, the surprise is all part of the experience. Once we have opened your oyster to reveal your pearl, no refunds will be issued.
**Customized/Personalized Pieces:
Items are made to order so variations will occur. Stamping is done one character at a time, and may not line up perfectly, which should be considered part of its handmade charm.
I do not accept returns for personalized and customized purchases.
Cancellation Policy: If you contact us prior to shipping of your item we will be able to cancel your order and refund 100% of your cost. If we have already shipped your item you will have to submit according to our refund policy written above.
Exceptions: Drill set items cannot be canceled if we have already begun to assemble your custom piece, but if we have not yet begun work we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you.
